With Invisalign Teen, self-conscious teens that want to avoid metal braces won’t dread their school pictures or posting photos to Facebook. It’s a simple, low maintenance, and effective treatment that is easy for your teen to adjust to.
Invisalign Teen treatment consists of a series clear plastic aligners made specifically for your teen’s orthodontic needs. The aligners are equipped with blue-to-clear color changing technology to help your teen know how long that aligner has been worn. Each aligner is worn for 1-2 weeks before being returned to our office and replaced with the next set of aligners in your series. These aligners are to be removed only to eat, drink, brush and floss or to clean them. This system comes with, on average, between 18 and 30 aligners as well as six free replacement aligners in case one is lost or breaks. Your teen will only have to come into our orthodontics offices every 8-10 weeks.
