We scan your teeth using iTero scanning technology to create a 3-D rendering of your bite, which represents a far more accurate impression than a traditional plaster mold could produce. After a 3-D scan is completed, advanced computer technology produces a series of clear plastic aligners that are custom-made to fit your teeth in order to get them to the ideal position. A treatment plan can consist of anywhere from 12-48 aligners, depending on your orthodontic needs. Since Invisalign does not use wires or brackets, this treatment option is “unseen,” virtually undetectable by others. Another advantage of Invisalign is overall treatment time tends to be shorter than with traditional metal braces.

Every clear aligner in your Invisalign treatment plan is precisely calibrated to move your teeth toward their ideal position. Each aligner should be worn for approximately 1-2 weeks before replacing it with the next aligner. (Please return your used aligners on your next visit.) Note: your aligner should only to be removed to eat, brush, floss or moving on with the next aligner. Before you know it, you’ll have the smile you’ve always wanted!
