In order to achieve this goal, it is important to keep in mind a variety of factors that have an influence on your treatment, including what you eat and your oral hygiene. Beyond that, it is vital that keep up with your orthodontic appointments so that Dr. Phillips can monitor your progress more closely to efficiently determine the next steps for the remainder of your treatment.

But monitoring what you eat is also important for achieve achieving this goal on time and maintaining the health of your teeth.
